With over 24 years of in-depth involvement with medical office building and OSHPD 3 projects, California Commercial’s project management team applies its expertise, systematic processes, best practices, and professional relationships to ensure a successful project delivery.

Our team advises clients on the optimal project delivery model and project team members, including architects, design engineers, general contractors, and furniture/equipment consultants. Each California Commercial project begins with user group meetings to define scope, and ends with post occupancy evaluations (POE) to identify opportunities to improve functionality, cost, schedule, and branding for future projects.

We specialize in pre-development, construction, commissioning of new construction, renovation and TI projects.
