The highly respected BOMA 360 Performance Program® recognizes commercial properties that demonstrate best practices in building operations and management. Each building up for BOMA 360 designation must meet or exceed six categories of rigorous requirements ranging from Life Safety, Security, and Risk Management to Training and Education for Building Personnel. Our organization references core principles from the BOMA 360 Performance Building standards to provide superior value to building owners and their tenants. Numerous properties in our management portfolio have received BOMA 360 Performance Building® designation, and many more will be undergoing the BOMA 360 review process in the near future. To date, California Commercial has achieved a 100% success rate when it comes to applying for and obtaining BOMA 360 designation for our clients.
